Details of the read and publish agreement signed with the Springer Nature database, which is accessed by TÜBİTAK EKUAL ULAKBİM, were previously announced.
Read and Publish agreements provide authors with the opportunity to publish their articles open access after acceptance without the need to pay an additional APC. The list of journals within the scope of the agreement is given below, but Springer Nature BMC group journals are not included. However, with the pilot application launched in BMC journals belonging to Springer Nature publishing house, a 75% APC discount will be applied to our country. Thus, our researchers who publish in 62 BMC journals will pay only 25% of the total APC fee.
