Dear AGÜ Members,
Within the scope of EKUAL, conducted by TUBİIAK ULAKBIM, a "Read & Publish" agreement covering both access to academic content and Open Access (OA) article publication for the 2026-2028 period has been signed with Oxford University Press (OUP). Under this agreement, our University will be able to provide access to Oxford Journals Online and benefit from an annual OAP article publication quota in Hybrid and Open Access (Full Open Access) journals in the Oxford Journals Online 2026 journal collection, in line with the criteria.
The quota distribution by year is as follows.
2026: 400
2027: 408
2028: 416
