As part of the EKUAL project led by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, an agreement has been signed with Muteferriqa: The Ottoman and Turkish Studies Discovery Portal, and access has been granted to our university. Muteferriqa is a research portal comprising 7.5 million pages of primary sources, consisting of printed books and periodicals in Ottoman Turkish and Turkish. Muteferriqa contains content comprising printed materials published from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic of Turkey, spanning from the 18th century to the mid-20th century. Within Muteferriqa, you can search in Ottoman Turkish, Turkish and English; translate works into Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian; and make visual discoveries using the visual search feature.
