As part of the EKUAL conducted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, the publication of open access (OA) articles in electronic journals belonging to Wiley Publishing will be activated on 17 February 2026 under the "Read & Publish" agreement for the 2026-2028 period, under the "TÜBİTAK Open Access Article Account". Articles accepted on or after this date will be considered for evaluation. Articles accepted prior to 17 February 2026 will not be considered under the agreement.
